Large-Scale Prepping for Series

And lo, the largest canvas stretcher I have built so far — 6' square, and pretty weight-laden at that, especially after the cross brace.

 But so far so good! It doesn't flex, and I have a 8' tall roll of canvas prepared to be cut and stretched/stapled/gessoed-over sometime this weekend. The stretching is a two-person job minimum, and can't say I'm looking forward to it, but if it's done right, then once the gesso's on you can flick the canvas hard and make drum noises. ...So there's that.
